
Competition Terms and Conditions at Specific Rush
Terms and Conditions: Help your person become a happier, healthier human.
By entering this competition, you (the "Entrant") agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
1. The Promoter
The promoter of this competition is Specific Rush Ltd of St Maurs GAA, Park Road, Rush, Co Dublin (the "Promoter").
2. Eligibility

2.1 Entry is open to residents of Republic of Ireland aged years or over.

2.2 Employees of the Promoter, their immediate families, and anyone professionally connected with the competition are not eligible to win.

2.3 The Entrant is the person submitting the nomination. The "Nominee" is the friend or family member being nominated.

2.4 The Entrant warrants that they have obtained the necessary consent from the Nominee to submit their name and details for this competition.
3. Competition Period

3.1 The competition opens at 9am on 27th December 2025

3.2 The competition closes at 11:59 PM on 2nd January 2026 Entries received after this time will not be considered.
4. How to Enter

4.1 No purchase is necessary to enter.

4.2 To enter, visit [Insert Website URL] and complete the official entry form.

4.3 Entrants must provide their contact details, the nominee’s contact details and a written submission explaining why their nominated friend or family member deserves to win.

4.4 Word Limit: The written submission must be 100 words or less. Entries exceeding this word count may be disqualified at the Promoter's discretion.
5. Content Guidelines

5.1 Entries must be the original work of the Entrant.

5.2 Entries must not contain content that is defamatory, obscene, offensive, or violates any third-party rights or privacy.

5.3 The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entry that violates these guidelines.
6. Winner Selection

6.1 All valid entries will be judged by a panel consisting of the owners of Specific Rush Ltd.

6.3 Entries will be judged based on the following criteria:

Creativity and originality of the submission.

Sincerity and emotional resonance.

Adherence to the word limit.

6.4 The judging will take place on 3rd January 2026. The judges' decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

6.5 Two winners will be chosen and each will receive a prize as listed below.
7. The Prize

7.1 The prize consists of: two 6 month memberships at Specific Rush Ltd, one awarded to each of the two chosen winners. Prize worth €975 (per winner).

7.2 The prize is awarded to two individual Nominees (not the Entrants), subject to the Nominees accepting the prize.

7.3 The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

7.4 The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.
8. Winner Notification

8.1 The winning Entrant will be notified via email within 3 days of the closing date.

8.2 The Entrant is responsible for notifying the Nominee, unless discussed otherwise with the Promoter.

8.3 If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 10 days of notification, the Promoter reserves the right to withdraw the prize and pick a replacement winner.
9. Intellectual Property

9.1 By entering, the Entrant grants the Promoter a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and publish the entry text (in whole or in part) for promotional purposes on the Promoter's website and social media channels.
10. Social Media Disclaimer

10.1 This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook, Instagram, Twitter/X, or LinkedIn.

10.2 Entrants release these social media platforms from any and all liability regarding this competition.
11. Data Protection

11.1 Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current Irish data protection legislation (e.g., GDPR) and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent.

12. Limitation of Liability

12.1 To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter is not responsible for any loss, damage, or injury suffered or sustained in connection with this competition or the acceptance or use of the prize.
