What should I expect?

How do I get started?

  • Fill out the contact form and we will be in touch for a chat about the process.

  • Once you’ve had a call from our team, you can book in for a free Consultation in the gym facility.

  • Your consultation will go through all aspects of the trial, your goals, your current health and fitness picture and get you set up and ready to start.

  • Post consultation, you’ll be ready to purchase your trial and book in for your first session!

 

 

Where are you based?

We are based in St Maurs GAA, Park Road, Rush, Co Dublin. We have a state of the art facility and an even better member community full of local Rush residents.

 

What am I signing up to?

  • The trial is 28 days, no contract, no fuss. Included in the trial is:

    • 12 Small Group Training Sessions

    • 12 ‘Sweat’ cardio sessions

    • State of the art body composition scanning

    • Expert programming, coaching and support

 

Do I need to be fit/active to join? What about if I have an injury or illness?

  • Definitely not! At Specific we cater for all abilities. Our sessions have a broad mix of members with different abilities, backgrounds, injuries, ages and gym experience – all striving to be happier, healthier humans.

  • We work with members who have various general health or physical impairment/injury challenges. In general, minor injuries can be accommodated by adapting various exercises and providing general support for injury recovery where possible. If you have a more serious or challenging health issue please discuss it with us and we’ll be happy to provide guidance and further information on where we may be able to help.

 

 

What happens after the trial?

That’s entirely up to you! There are no strings or catches to the trial so if you reach day 28 and we just aren’t for you we’ll understand and you’re free to go! The more likely case (in our humble view) is that you’ll be dying to sign up, stay involved and continue on your journey to be happier and healthier as part of our fantastic gym community.

 

If you’re dying to stay around we can work with you on a package option that best suits what you need. Our packages options include altering the quantity of credits and types of session as well as varying payment options.
