SMALL GROUP PERSONAL TRAINING
Small Group Personal Training is designed to give clients dedicated coaching as part of a small, dedicated community of likeminded individuals. Our sessions have a maximum of 8 per group to ensure you get the focused direction and expert coaching you need. Our programmes are designed to cater for all levels and are modified on an ongoing basis to support you in your development. SGPT focuses on functional weight training, general fitness and mobility.

HIGH INTENSITY GROUP CONDITIONING
On the days we aren't correcting our squats or practising our overhead press technique we love to get our sweat on. At Specific we understand that there is always a role for some good high intensity hard work. We run larger group 'sweat sessions' on Tuesday, Thursday and Saturdays that include a mixture of bodyweight exercises and cardio equipment to really get your heart rate up.
These sessions are complimentary on most Specific packages and are important for those who are aiming to drop body fat or improve their cardio fitness.

The journey to being a happier, healthier human is holistic and about far more than weights and cardio. We have a great support network of coaches and clients who create a fantastic environment in which everyone can thrive!
TESTING & BODY ANALYSIS
To track our progress we must assess our starting point. We use a series of exercise testing methods to understand your technique, mobility and base levels including a monthly InBody scan.
EVENTS
We believe that the activities away from the gym are *almost* as important as the work on the gym floor so you can expect hikes, run clubs, summer games and christmas quizzes galore.

Meet the team, test the gym and trial the programme. During these 28 days you will get 12 SGPT classes as well as up to 12 sweat sessions plus your consultation, testing and review.
